Product Grading Scale

Enamel Pins

Please keep in mind, every pin is handmade! I do not sell perfect/ or collector grade pins since they rarely ever will be "perfect". See below for our quality grading scale! 

- Standard Pins -

Standard Grade is the best grade I offer and the closest to perfect! Pins will not contain any major imperfection, but can have minor ones such as:

• Minor superficial marks or scratches on metal or enamel when only seen under certain lighting/ angling the pin
• Minor superficial specs, bubbles, pores, dots
• Minor scuffs or discoloration on side of pin
• Slightly low, uneven or underfilled enamel
• Slightly misaligned screen print ( on screen printed pins ) 
• Random off-color/dark glitter or a speck in a glitter area
• Small specks of stray glitter on glitter pins
• Imperfections on the back of the pin

- Seconds Pins - 

Seconds Pins have more noticeable flaws on them! These are sold at a discounted price. Imperfections may include:

• Small misprint of color or enamel
• Small black dots
• Missing enamel in a small detailed spots
  
• Heavily noticeable imperfections on metal 
• Misaligned, miscolored or missing screen print
• Low, uneven or underfilled enamel
• Noticeable scratches or scuffs on enamel

- C Grade Pins - 

Pins with VERY noticeable flaws/defects

• Large and noticeable enamel missing, stains or dots
• Very heavy overflow or underfilled of enamel
• Heavily noticeable imperfection/staining in metal
• Broken/Missing/Bent Posts
• Deep scratches and marks
