Shipping and Handling 

Where do orders ship from?

Our shop is currently located in Michigan, United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, we are not responsible for any customs, fees, VAT, taxes, and/or import duties associated with the outgoing order. The recipient of the package is responsible for paying any charges upon arrival to your country. 
Please contact your local customs office for more info if you are unsure of your country's custom and tax fees. If a package is seized at customs, we are not able to give a refund.

When will my order ship?

All orders will take around 5-7 days to process and ship out. I try my best to get everything packaged and shipped out as quickly as I can, but there is a possibility that a delay can happen due to a new release or other issues occurring. Please note that this is a one person operation, so bare with me on any delays! 

- Domestic Orders ( within United States ) typically take 3-12 days 
- International Orders ( outside of the United States ) typically take 5-12 weeks
Oh no! I used the wrong address, can I change it?
Yes! If you have noticed you used the wrong address and you have not received your tracking number for the order you are still able to change your address. Please contact us ASAP, as once your shipping label is printed we are no longer able to reroute the package. We would then have to wait for the package to return to us before being able to correct the label. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a reshipment fee to reship the package.

If the package is not returned to us and delivered to the wrong address, unfortunately we can not do anything or responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address.
My package hasn't gotten here yet! What do I do?
Contacting your local post office first is the best thing you can do! Packages stuck "in transit.." please wait 4 weeks after the last tracking update before contacting us. Packages from time to time get stuck or things happen, so give it some time. If the package does not get delivered in the 4 weeks, contact us and the package will be marked as 'lost' or 'stolen' and we will take care of you. 

If a package was marked are "Delivered" but isn't received, please follow the instructions here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 

Once we hand something to the United States Postal Service, it is out of our hands as to what happens to it in transit, especially after being marked as delivered. After USPS has concluded their investigation, I will determine the next course of actions based on their findings.
What happens if my package gets lost/stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has left my hands as these occurrences are beyond my control. 

It is recommended you contact your local post office for a resolution. 

I will try my best to accommodate; however, once a package is dropped off to is respective shipping courier, it is out of my hands.
What if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address or any other reason, there will be a reshipment fee to reship the package.

If you no longer would like the items, there will be a 10% processing fee and no refund on shipping.

Orders and Returns

Can I adjust/cancel my order?

Order cancellations or adjustments can be made if said order has not been shipped, once received a tracking number your order can no longer be cancelled. 
Please note there is a 10% processing and restocking fee for all canceled orders.
What is a Preorder?
Preordering means you are purchasing an item that has not been made yet. It is essentially reserving an item before it is in stock. Preorder items can take weeks or months to be produced, quality checked, packaged and shipped. Preordering allows me to understand how many product I need of a certain item as well as help fund the project into production! 

Orders with multiple in-stock and preorder items will be held until everything is able to be shipped out. If you would like your in-stock items to be shipped out first, please make a separate order!
Can I cancel my preorder?
Preorder items cannot be canceled as the funds are used to cover production costs.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. Our return policy only applies to incorrect/damaged items or apparel items for size exchanges. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping cost of any exchanges; incorrect/damaged items will be replaced at no cost. 
Please contact us with your full name and order number within 20 days of receiving your order. Photos must be included for incorrect or damaged orders.

My item is damaged, what can be done?

Any package with items arrived damaged, please contact me within 15 days of delivery. 
We will evaluate the situation and send a replacement free of charge.
I received the wrong item/ an item is missing from my order!
If your package contains the wrong item or is missing anything, please contact us immediately. 
We will send you another package with no shipping cost.
